A Humble Beginning...

Padmaadev Constructions (PDC) is a partnership firm with the Managing Partner being H M Venkatesh. He is a qualified Civil Engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) from the 1987 batch. Joined Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd., Neyveli, Tamil Nadu as Assistant Executive Engineer and was in charge of delivering a Thermal power plant II. After gaining sufficient experience in delivering megaprojects safely, on schedule and to highest quality, he started PDC under the guidance of Sri. H.K. Mahadeva Sastry, a retired civil engineer from Karnataka Public Works Department.

Our Safety policy Destination Zero is being reinforced on all our construction sites through educating the labour force the need to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Regular Inspection

Our primary way of controlling quality is based on the inspection or verification of our construction to the Client prescribed quality requirements. The aim is to identify defects early on during the construction phase and rectify them timely in order to reduce rework. Our senior team including the Managing partner himself make it a point to inspect our construction sites weekly or fortnightly once.

Extensive prequalification of sub-contractors

Extensive prequalification of sub-contractors confirm we work only with those who share our commitment to quality. Buildings constructed by Padmaadev stand the test of time.
